ONLINE COURSE | 8-Week Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Based on the MBSR programme, the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) 8-week course is expressly focused on preventing depressive mood states. The course is has shown to be particularly effective in dealing with psychological conditions such as anxiety and stress-related conditions. The MBCT is included in the NHS NICE framework and is increasingly used in therapeutic practise.
The course outcomes for the MBCT are comparable to other 8-week mindfulness courses, but with specific focus on the prevention low mood and anxiety with a group that share similar challenges.

ONLINE RETREAT DAY: Saturday 24. February, 9.30 am – 3.30 pm
