We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Rick Hanson for this enlightening session where he’ll share insights and simple practices to help you stay grounded and resilient in the face of challenges. This event is open to mindfulness practitioners.
It’s completely natural to feel frustrated, anxious, afraid, or overwhelmed by political events and conflicts.
These are complex issues that can have real impacts on our lives and communities.
The good news is that by acknowledging our fears and anxiety while taking purposeful action, we can navigate political turmoil with greater calm and effectiveness.
Though challenges remain, Dr Rick Hanson will help us explore some of the personal practices we can utilise and purposeful actions we can take to shape our response and contribute to positive change.
