Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supportive, curriculum-based course that helps participants foster resilience, decrease stress and enhance a sense of well-being. MSC was created by Drs. Chris Germer and Kristen Neff. This course will be facilitated by Jennifer Ayres and Meghan Kroll, two therapists who integrate MSC concepts into their professional work. Jennifer and Meghan are working parents who are familiar with the impact of multiple responsibilities on emotional well-being and life satisfaction. Their approach to MSC is authentic, practical, and engaging.
