Letting Go of Unhelpful Thoughts and Beliefs

Do you hear that constant chatter in your mind? Many think that meditation means blocking out the thoughts we have. However, meditation is really the practice of observing these thoughts. Our mind thinks, that’s what it does. When we start observing our thoughts, we gain a lot of insight into how our minds work. We realize that some of our thoughts are helpful and some aren’t. Through meditation, rather than following and believing unhelpful thoughts, we’re able to observe them arise and pass.

Join Christine 11am-noon on Sunday, April 28th at Tula Hot Yoga Denver as she guides you in meditation and teaches you how to arrive in the present moment and make space for the helpful thoughts that will allow you to live a better life. You’ll be able to use these techniques throughout your day whenever you notice the unhelpful chatter.
