If you have always wanted to learn how to meditate, this is the course for you! This 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation taught by or Co-Founder and lead instructor, Cheryl Vigder Brause, will introduce you to the fundamentals of practice. These practices have been proven to help lower stress, improve sleep, reduce blood pressure, increase focus, and so much more. In each session, Cheryl will share the neuroscience behind these practices, as well as the ancient principles rooted in eastern philosophy. Each week, we will explore different techniques to practice mindfulness and learn how to integrate these practices into your daily routine.

This class can be taken IN PERSON at our Scarsdale Studio, LIVESTREAM ONLINE or ON DEMAND (at your own pace)
Our Evening Session will meet on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm ET, September 12th – October 24th, 2023 (no class 10/17)
Our Daytime Session will be Mondays from 11 am – 12 pm ET, September 11th – November 6th, 2023 (no class 9/25, 10/9 or 10/16)
