BIPOC Healing and Support Circle

September 7, 2023 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm UTC+8

$131.25

A 5-week on-line collective healing and wellness space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color using mindful and compassion practices and resources. We got us. Healing happens in community. And we sure need a space for sharing, laughing, crying, feeling, and holding each other in our joys, pain, and all the feels. Join us for a 5-week workshop / healing circle that is dedicated to the wellbeing of our BIPOC kin.
🌱 Folx will join for 5x 2-hours sessions on Zoom, where we can share with courageous vulnerability, feel seen and validated, and tap into empathy, compassion, mindfulness practice, and inner, collective, and ancestral wisdom as medicine for connection, healing, and resilience.
🫢🏽 Our approach to healing is de-stigmatizing, multi-cultural, and survivor-centered.
