8 WEEK MINDFULNESS FOR STRESS COURSE

April 19, 2024 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm BST

£80

“Happiness is a skill. This is what the ancient practice of mindfulness teaches, and what modern psychology research has shown. The wonderful thing is that this skill, just like driving or dancing, can be learned, and it can stay with you for a lifetime.” Breathworks

“The MBSR course that I did with Jane has given me a new perspective on how to manage the myriad of things that life throws at us. With a new found tool kit of techniques and shifts in attitude I feel much better equipped to ride out any future storms. Jane’s patience, understanding and compassion made the course a delight to attend.” Jenny

“I have had the privilege of attending three 8-week courses facilitated by Jane over the past two years. Each one has been memorable. I have learnt so much, as well as deepened my meditation practice. The groups included people from different walks of life and at different levels of meditation practice, and Jane skilfully attended to us all. She led us with professional expertise and knowledge. Her sessions are always imparted with the skill and warmth that characterizes her work. Her relaxed approach and humour make the sessions so enjoyable.” Ginny
