The Calm Entrepreneur is an 8-week mindfulness program designed for entrepreneurs who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from their body — especially those living with chronic illness, invisible disability, or long-term stress.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to work with your nervous system instead of against it.
Over eight gentle, supportive weeks, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and build a business rhythm that actually feels sustainable — even on low-capacity days.
What This Program Is (and Isn’t)
This is not:

– A mindset “push through it” approach
– A rigid routine you’ll fall behind on

– Nervous-system–informed mindfulness
– Practical tools you can use in real life (even when you’re exhausted)

– A gentler relationship with rest, boundaries, and self-trust
Everything is taught in a way that’s accessible, flexible, and trauma-aware — no prior meditation experience required.
