Resetting To Reduce Stress

Stress is the #1 health epidemic we are facing today BUT, it’s not our natural state. We can meet life’s challenges and thrive, even in the most high pressure situations. The key is having the right knowledge, tools and awareness.
In this short 30 minute “Reset” session, you will:
1. Learn how to recognize when you’re stressed by connecting with your body’s “red flags” (somatic cues)
2. Get to know your vagus nerve and it’s relationship to stress
3. Leave with every day mindfulness practices to help you reduce stress, and improve your health
