Mindful Yoga for Healers is exactly what you need to feel better.
Join me for an hour FOR YOU.
Soak in a pause, nourish yourself, align, stretch, strengthen, and restore calm to your overworked nervous system.
As a certified master life, relationship, and parenting coach, and experienced wellness leader, I infuse coaching throughout my classes to help maximize the immediate relief and long-term positive impact. Classes are themed to address common pain points of high-achievers such as lack of self-compassion, chronic pain, time scarcity, disappointment, resentment, jealousy, anger, and intense emotions. Learn to be present, breathe deeply, shift your perspective, and restore your energy.
Classes are accessible, mindful, and FREE. No yoga experience is needed. Offered most Saturdays at 9 am Pacific. Recordings are sent out to those who sign up. Join me in community to grow and heal.
