Hina invites you to join her MSC Course for a journey of learning, self-discovery, and self-awareness to nurture and grow your own self-compassion and emotional resiliency. The course will be offered live via Zoom over 8 weeks, and includes a silent retreat.
8-weeks, 3-hour class once a week (24 hours)
Plus one silent retreat (3 hours)
September 15, 2022-November 3, 2022 (Thursdays). Time: 10:00 am CST to 1:00 pm CST
1 retreat (3 hours) – Thursday, October 20th, 2022 from 10 AM – 1 PM CST via Zoom.
This is an 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course
Course meets once a week, for 3 hours-Tuesday evenings
There is an extra 3 hour retreat on a Saturday
