This time of year can stir up a lot—hope, joy, grief, love, loneliness, nostalgia, dread, gratitude. Sometimes all of it at once. And while the natural world slows down, rests and renews, many of us are at our busiest. It can be wonderful, and also overwhelming.
This one-hour virtual session offers a respite—a chance to slow down for little while and reconnect with your own rhythm amid the season’s busyness.
We’ll explore three simple, grounding practices:
– Breath meditation to calm and steady the nervous system
– Humming and vocal toning to regulate energy and release tension
– Body scanning to reconnect with the body
You’ll leave with practices you can return to anytime you need to center yourself, and to feel steadier, calmer and more present. No prior experience is needed; all are welcome.
