You start to pay attention to your breath, you see around it everything else that’s going on. The moods you have, the states of your own body, the feelings, the thoughts, the stories, all those become more apparent, because the breath helps us to become more present.

It’s the moment that you notice that the attention has gone, that moment is a magic moment. Because that’s the moment you’re waking up out of not being here in that moment, and then you come back.

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, help cope with daily stressors of life, improve sleep, create calm and well-being, happiness and joy.

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
