Join our new book club dedicated to exploring mindfulness and meditation through monthly readings and group conversations. Together, we’ll dive into thoughtful books, share reflections, and support one another in bringing mindful awareness into daily life. All are welcome—whether you’re new to mindfulness or deepening an existing practice.
