Free Mindfulness Group Addictions and Harmful Habits, May 2, 6:00pm Pacific Time

May 2, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm UTC-7

The Zen poet, Ryōkan, says, “If you want to find the meaning, stop chasing after so many things.”

You can learn to sense how you might respond differently in those moments that you’ve been triggered and you pause.

What are ways that you might respond that could carry you back to what you’re really longing for? Carrying you back to your true self?
In those moments, how might you respond differently?

With self-compassion, we can, in any moment, notice that and choose to pause, choose to bring a real tenderness to the parts of us that are feeling ashamed, that love is always loving us, that there is a tenderness that can hold us. We have the capacity to pause and to make new choices.
