Compassion Cultivation Training

Compassion Cultivation Training is an eight-week course designed at Stanford University in 2009, by Thupten Jinpa, Ph.D, with contributions from the faculty. The Sussex Mindfulness Centre is hosting this training in Brighton in collaboration with the Compassion Institute.

Overview​
An eight-week course for the general public, it draws on insights and techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice. The course integrates evidence-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions and lectures as well as real-world exercises to put learning into practice.
