Caring with Grace and Mindfulness: Small Group Coaching and Caregiver Education for Physicians Caring for Aging Parents

October 4, 2023 @ 5:30 pm - December 20, 2023 @ 7:00 pm UTC+0

Enjoy expertly facilitated virtual small-group mindful coaching, caregiver education, and mindfulness training for physicians caring for aging parents.

Are you frustrated and exhausted caring for aging parents who are declining?

Stop letting your role in healthcare and your physician tendencies interfere with the loving and connected relationship you want to be having with your elderly parents.
Learn effective tools to honor your aging loved ones while caring for them well.
Bring more ease and buoyancy to the journey.
Lessen your stress and anxiety (and theirs), so everyone can get back to loving, connecting, and honoring.

Caring with Grace Coaching includes seven ninety-minute sessions on Zoom with optional thought work and mindfulness practice in between sessions. It begins October 4th and ends December 20th, 2023. CME accreditation is in progress.

Learn practical tips and strategies to:
–Lessen frustration, irritability, anxiety, and resentment;
–Replete yourself, balance your nervous system and rejuvenate your spirit;
–Direct your focus to what’s actually in your control so you can be present, patient, loving, and calm in the face of chaos and uncertainty;
–Care for elderly parents with more ease, grace, and presence.
