Sally is an Executive, Life & Wellness Coach and Meditation Teacher, deeply committed to supporting the personal and professional development, goals and wellbeing of her clients, which include executives, educators, healthcare workers, creatives and engineers, among others. She takes an evidence-based approach to coaching, drawing on a variety of solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and strengths-oriented models and techniques. Sally uses these well-established tools to help her clients overcome unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving to achieve their goals, enhance their work performance, and promote their mental and emotional wellbeing. Her work also focuses on helping clients construct meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling careers and lives, aligned with their personal values. A certified mindfulness instructor, Sally has been involved in research studies examining the effects of mindfulness and compassion practices on mental and physical health. She has completed numerous secular meditation teacher training programs, and is well-versed in both the science and philosophy of meditation. She enjoys helping people cultivate greater self-awareness, presence of mind, and a kinder attitude towards themselves and others. In addition to her private practice, Sally also works as a coach for LifeXT by Mindful. As a long-term meditator, she is committed to her own personal growth and wellbeing. She is an enthusiastic long-distance runner who loves pushing her personal boundaries on mountain trails. Sally also enjoys painting, drawing, and photography.
