Patricia Rockman MD, CCFP, FCFP is a physician with a focused practice in mental health. She is the co-founder and Director of Education and Clinical Services for the Centre for Mindfulness Studies. She runs mindfulness based programs for the public and trains professionals to deliver MBCT and MBSR locally, nationally and internationally. She developed the MBCT Certificate Program for the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto. She is an associate professor with the University of Toronto Department of Family and Community Medicine and cross appointed to Psychiatry. She collaborated in the development and teaches in the Mindfulness Based Teaching and Learning Graduate Certificate Program at University of Fraser Valley. She is a published author and has an upcoming book in June 2021 with New Harbinger. Patricia Rockman is also a certified Yoga teacher.
