I have been in the field of life and leadership coaching, facilitation and teaching since 2008 in nonprofit and business sectors in USA, Brazil and Mexico. With creativity, sensitivity, and judicious challenge, I help enact new possibilities, productivity, consistency and the wisdom of mindfulness in my clients' daily lives. I received a BA in Contemplative Psychology and Religious Studies from Naropa University, and MA in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. I am a Certified Integral Master Coach through Integral Coaching Canada, and I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a long-time practitioner of Integral Theory, Spiral Dynamics, the Immunity to Change™ process, MIndfulness, the Enneagram, shadow work and many other forms of creative inquiry that help release the grip of stress and anxiety while facilitating long-term change.
