Teacher
studied psychology at university and started working in education field. After a few years later, she started teaching yoga and it has been 15 years since then. She opened a studio for health of body and mind including mindfulness, yoga and sleep, Nagasaki, Japan. She is certified as MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher in University of California San Diego and also training in Oxford Mindfulness Center. She is the first Japanese who is certified as MBCL (Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living) teacher, which is developed by Frits Koster and Erik van den Brink. And she is the founder of Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Yoga Therapy. She is now studying Buddhist psychology and lives in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
