Jessie Mahoney is the founder of Pause and Presence and author of a popular blog, Pause and Presence for a life better lived. She is a mindful life and relationship coach, a yoga instructor, a physician wellness leader, and a pediatrician. She is a leader in the Mindful Healthcare Collective and co-host of the Mindful Healers Podcast. She also offers "Mindful Yoga with Jessie," nourishing and healing yoga classes designed specifically to support healers. Dr. Mahoney is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of California School of Medicine. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician, a certified life coach through the The Life Coach School, and a 200 hr RYT through Yoga Alliance. She was a pediatrician and physician wellness leader at The Permanente Medical Group/Kaiser Permanente for 17 years. She is an Assistant Volunteer Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at UCSF and chair of the San Francisco Marin Medical Society Physician Wellness Task Force.

My mindfulness training comes through my yoga teacher training. I competed my training at Ocean Beach Yoga which is a program certified through the Yoga Alliance. I have competed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through Awaken Breath.
