A former mega-events and emergency management professional of 25 years, I've been actively practicing meditation and mindfulness for the last 4 years. My mission is to empower individuals and organisations to better manage stress, prevent burnout, and to cultivate optimal performance at both home and work. I am a certified teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide, certified coach and consultant, specialising in resilience. My own discovery of mindfulness has led to an inner sense of calm that has infused my daily life and overall well-being and I am passionate about introducing it to others.
