A former mega-events and emergency management professional of 29 years, I've been actively practising meditation and mindfulness for the last 6 years. I work at the intersection of performance, wellbeing, and high-pressure environments because people perform best when they are well - physically, mentally, and emotionally. My work centres on designing and delivering holistic wellbeing strategies that are practical, human-centred, systems-based, and embedded within real-world environments - not just policies that sit on paper. I am a certified teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide, holistic wellbeing coach and wellbeing consultant. My own discovery of mindfulness has led to an inner sense of calm that has infused my daily life and overall well-being and I am passionate about introducing it to others.
