A former events and emergency management professional of 22 years, I've been actively practicing meditation and mindfulness for the last 2 years. My mission is to empower busy humans with tangible tools to manage stress, enhance wellbeing and build the reserves needed to not only survive, but thrive, through difficult times. I am trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). My discovery of mindfulness has led to an inner sense of calm that has infused my daily life and overall wellbeing and I'm passionate about introducing it to others.
