Ed Halliwell is one of the UK's leading mindfulness instructors and writers (The Guardian). He is author of Into The Heart of Mindfulness (2016) and Mindfulness: How To Live Well By Paying Attention (2015), as well as co-author of The Mindful Manifesto (2010). Ed leads public mindfulness courses, workshops and retreats online via Zoom and in London, Surrey and Sussex UK, and has taught mindfulness in more than 50 organisations, including Imperial College Business School, the Guardian, the UK Houses of Parliament, UNICEF UK, Accenture and The School of Life. Ed is an associate of the Sussex Mindfulness Centre and a trustee of and former co-director of The Mindfulness Initiative, which supports the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Mindfulness (MAPPG) to develop mindfulness-based policies for the UK. He has been part of the Parliamentary mindfulness teaching team, leading sessions for MPs and their staff and has written extensively for Mindful Magazine and the Guardian.
