After spending 13 years in the professional world holding a variety of roles in DEI and employee engagement, Beth began to recognize patterns and gaps among corporate cultures that were limiting the growth and potential of individuals. Convinced that mindfulness was a key component to living a whole, fulfilling life of purpose, Beth left the professional world and pursued a path of yoga teaching, wellness training and coaching. From there, Beth developed her own practice, Resilient Transformations, to consult, coach, train and teach in the field of mindfulness and emotional resilience using a holistic approach to connect mind, body and spirit. She is currently a Yoga Therapist in training while in pursuit of her 800 hour certification and dedicating her spare time to studying the impact of mindfulness and resilience on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Social Justice.
