I am the Director and experienced lead trainer at Mindfullybeing. I help people and organisations to create positive lasting change in life and work using my expertise and experience in kindness-based mindfulness training. I pioneered and established mindfulness initiatives at The Royal Edinburgh Hospital, University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier University and Queen Margaret University. In 2017 my unique, Kind And Mindful Approach to Life (KAMAL) program was given an Impact Award. At Mindfullybeing we offer bespoke training courses to progressive organisations. Our programs give knowledge workers tools that can help them enhance their inner happiness, resilience, and to live and work with less stress. We deliver training to a wide array of organisations, including Ernst Young, Amazon, Skyscanner, The University of Edinburgh, Scottish Government, NHS Lothian, Royal Edinburgh Hospital, Queen Margaret University, Usher Institute and Edinburgh Napier University.
