Amy Grubbs has worked as a Certified Coach and Trainer for the past 18 years. She has been able to develop and facilitate various individual and group coaching programs in a University and Corporate Wellness setting. Amy has her Master Trainer certification as a Mindful/Intuitive Eating and is a Certified Nutritionist through Cornell University.
