Learn The Foundations of Mindfulness With International Meditation Expert, Neil Seligman!

With a commitment of just 15-20 minutes per day for ten days, you will learn the foundational basics of mindfulness meditation. Consider this course a mini-MBSR. MBSR is the gold standard of mindfulness training – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – developed by John Kabat-Zinn.

Every day, there is a short video to watch, a guided practice to follow and a tool sheet to deepen your learning. At the end of your ten-day mindfulness challenge, you will have embedded all the skills you need to meditate for ten minutes in stillness. In other words, you will have your very own anytime anywhere mindfulness practice!

More importantly, you will have proved to yourself that you can meditate!

Your Guide: Neil Seligman

Trained as an advanced MBSR teacher (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and in the .B Mindfulness Course for children, and inspired by the impact of Joe Wicks – who made online fitness fun and accessible in the UK – Neil created this course to break down the mystique of meditation. Zen in Ten allows those who thought they would never be able to meditate, to find their way into stillness in just 15 minutes a day over 10 days!

As well as being an International Mindfulness Expert, Neil is the Author of two books and a sought-after Wellbeing Speaker. He is the Founder of The Conscious Professional (one of the first corporate mindfulness consultancies in the UK) and a devoted meditator, with over 20 years of personal practice behind him.

Neil believes that meditation is the birthright of all, and loves nothing more than helping his students embed this foundational wellbeing skill in their life.
