Find Your Calm: Walking Meditation in Downtown Winters, CA
🌿 The world may feel very chaotic now. Stress, distractions, and uncertainty pulling us in every direction. But what if you could step away—even for just an hour—and reconnect with peace, clarity, and purpose?
Join us on Sunday, February 16th, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am for a guided walking meditation designed to help you release stress, center yourself, and step fully into the new year with focus and intention.
What You’ll Experience:
🌼 Mindfulness & Intention Setting – Begin with 30 minutes of expert guidance and discussion behind the Community Center at 201 Railroad Ave, Winters, CA, setting the stage for a powerful year ahead.
🌱 Walking Meditation Along Putah Creek – Immerse yourself in a 30-minute meditative walk through nature, allowing stress to melt away as you move forward—both physically and mentally—toward your 2025 goals.
Why This Matters:
The start of a new year isn’t just about resolutions—it’s about real transformation. To create the life you want, you must first cultivate clarity, calm, and presence. This practice, inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, will help you find the stillness needed to take real, intentional action in your life.
A Gift to Yourself (and It’s Free!):
This free community event is open to all. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking focus, or simply craving a break from the noise, this is your opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
📅 Save the Date: Sunday, February 16th, 8:30 am – 9:30 am
