Workplace mindfulness has been steadily gaining momentum as more and more people experience the impact it can have on their career. It has shown to increase resilience, focus and performance, as well as to reduce stress and anxiety – skills that enable us to thrive in the workplace.
This half-day workshop will reveal how mindfulness can support us in the workplace to help us to improve focus, optimise performance, build resilience, find motivation and communicate more effectively.
