Monday Evening Graduate Practice Sessions

An event every month that begins at 7:30 pm on day Third of the month, repeating until December 18, 2023
These sessions offer an opportunity for guided group practice, inquiry and discussion with others who have completed a mindfulness course. Each session is themed according to a different aspect of mindfulness (eg practising gratitude, working with difficulty, self-compassion), intended to help us refresh and deepen our practice and learning. The sessions are held on the third Monday evening of each month (no session in July or August) between 7.30pm – 9.30pm UK time.
