Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang and Dr. Karin Schiff are co-teaching the foundational Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course starting September 19th. The course is open to everyone.

Dr. Liang was named one of the 10 Powerful Women of the Mindfulness Movement by Mindful Magazine 2021 and is a frontline lung doctor practicing pulmonary medicine in San Diego, CA. She has been teaching mindfulness to her patients, the general public and all levels of healthcare trainees, faculty and administrators for almost 10 years.
She founded the mindfulhealthcarecollective.com to help reduce suffering of healthcare professionals during the global COVID-19 pandemic providing free online mindfulness based wellness sessions along with Executive Board members like Dr. Schiff.

Dr. Schiff is a family medicine physician and former Director of Clinician Wellness for Neighborhood Healthcare, a non-profit community health center in San Diego, CA. She leads the Division of Mindfulness in Medicine for the Institute of Physician Wellness. She also is a facilitator of Mindful Practice Programs developed at the University of Rochester. She is an Executive Board member of the Mindful Healthcare Collective, leading mindfulness sessions for healthcare professionals.
