Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

Join Jennifer for this evidenced-based program for nine consecutive Wednesdays (with orientation) from April 20 to June 15 from 6:00 to 8:30 PM.
The day-long silent retreat will be held on June 4, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The cost is $520 Canadian.
MBSR is helpful for coping effectively with short- and long-term stress; reducing anxiety and depression; managing chronic pain; improving brain function (attention, memory and cognitive flexibility); and increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation and empathy, among other benefits.
This course will be held online via Zoom.
