Mindful Luxury Retreat 2023 – 5 days self-care Andalucia

4pm Monday October 9th until 12 noon Friday October 13th

Four nights, superior half board at The Parador Hotel Mojácar at The Luxury Mindful Retreat, where we aim to help you improve your technique and skill and give you the tools that are needed to keep you informed long after the retreat has ended. We want you to feel that you have learned and practiced in a creative and nurturing environment and you have gained confidence, and ability and developed your ‘mindfulness toolkit’. Therefore we limit the number of participants to ensure one-to-one modifications and encouragement, with four hours of professional tuition every day plus a private session during your stay.

As soon as you catch sight of Mojácar, with its cluster of white houses perched on the lower foothills of the Sierra de Cabrera mountains, this lovely spot will begin to amaze you. The Parador de Mojácar is located thirty seconds from the town’s beaches. It enjoys one of the best microclimates in Spain, with an average temperature of 20°C and over 3,000 hours of sun each year.

Enjoy tranquil beaches and partake in morning and evening mindful yoga and meditation sessions at this beautiful destination. You will enjoy the refreshing swimming pool, the comfortable understated luxury, and the ambiance of the hotel’s different spaces and bright guest rooms with balconies, inviting you to gaze out at pleasing sunsets over the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The price is based on individual double rooms.

The magical town of Mojácar is a labyrinth of narrow streets, where around every corner there is something to captivate you and reveal the intimacy of its past, and scenic overlooks offer beautiful horizons. 17 kilometers of coastline make this the ideal spot for an enjoyable day at the beach.

Our culinary offer of breakfast and evening meals is provided by Restaurante Marmitia Parador de Mojácar. Gastronomic spaces within the hotel include; Restaurante Mar de Alborán, Mar de Alborán Terrace, Piedra de Villazar Café, and Piedra de Villazar Terrace.

Your day will consist of Mindful Yoga, Mindful Yin, Mindful Movement, and Mindful Meditation sessions. The private studio is housed within the hotel and you also have full access to the Wellness Area of the Parador de Mojácar. It is a haven of peace within a lively area. You may exercise in the gym or chill out in the sauna and jacuzzi. Pamper yourself with one of the treatments available or freshen up in the outdoor pool facing the sea where you may contemplate time-stopping sunsets.

Flights and transfers are not included in the price. We can provide information regarding arrival and departure transport between Almeria/Alicante airport and The Parador which is located on Mojácar Beach, 1.5 km from the village. Traveling from Murcia or Almería on the Autovía del Mediterráneo (A-7), take the exit for Los Gallardos (exit 520) and head towards Garrucha and Mojácar.

Invest £250 to secure your place on The Mindful Luxury Retreat 2022 and pay nothing until 14 days before you travel.

Flights to Almeria or Alicante may be purchased with Ryan Air, Easy Jet & Jet 2 although other operators are available.

Airport Transfers between The Parador and Almeria or Alicante airport can be made by shuttle or taxi.

A representative of Mindful People will meet you at the Parador Hotel on arrival.
