An introduction to the history, symbol and practice of walking the labyrinth. This is a creative mindfulness workshop. Exploring guided mindfulness meditation without the constraints of always sitting still. The labyrinth is a unicursal path and not a maze, there is one way in and the same way out! You will have the opportunity to map out a labyrinth on paper and then collectively construct a walking labyrinth within the workshop. The Labyrinth is a tool that has many applications in various settings. Walking the labyrinth reduces stress, quiets the mind and opens the heart. Read more on our blog here.
