Do you need more diastole in your life? Earn CME while enjoying a day of mindfulness on a sustainable coastal farm.
A healthy heart spends 2/3 of the cardiac cycle in diastole. Do you?
In diastole, the heart relaxes and feeds itself. It pauses to refill.

Invest in yourself to sustain yourself.
Fill your soul, your heart, your lungs, and your belly.
Breathe, stretch, align, and ground.
Soak in the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and feel of nature.
Enjoy nature and coastal breezes.
Allow the quiet beauty of the surroundings to soothe your nervous system.
Basque in nature at a warm, welcoming, and inspiring coastal farm.
Practice mindful yoga and meditation in a barn.
Write atop a hill with sweeping views of the ocean.
Empower yourself through mindful coaching.
Walk mindfully through oaks and a eucalyptus grove.
