This session is about how we awaken our capacity for happiness and joy.

What we’re learning in mindfulness practice is to remember this space of freedom that has room for the 10,000 joys and the 10,000 sorrows. Basically, Mindfulness can hold it all and includes a profound level of happiness, the happiness of a free heart.

And the Buddha said, “I would not be teaching that this genuine happiness was possible unless it were so.

So, we want to inquire: What are the blocks? “Really, what is between me and happiness?”

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
