Research has linked practicing gratitude with a wide range of benefits:
strengthening your immune system and improving sleep patterns, feeling optimistic and experiencing more joy and pleasure, being more helpful and generous, boosting our relationships with others and feeling less lonely and isolated.

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, help cope with daily stressors of life, improve sleep, create calm and well-being, happiness and joy.

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
