Self-compassion is consistently linked to well-being. Self-compassion is associated with lessened negative states like depression, anxiety, stress, shame and body dissatisfaction, and with increased positive states like happiness, life satisfaction, and optimism. It’s also linked to better physical health.

Mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety, help cope with daily stressors of life, improve sleep, create calm and well-being, happiness and joy.

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
