How can we bring an openhearted presence, wisdom and care into all areas of daily life?
We can ask ourselves, “Am I living today as if my life really matters? Or is it more I’m on my way to something else?”
So the inquiry is: can we have our moments be real life, not preparation, that life’s what’s happening while you’re making plans for something else?

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, help cope with daily stressors of life, improve sleep, create calm and well-being, happiness and joy.

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
