Join Zane at Live With Ease Meditation for an insightful session on Mindful Eating.

Practice together in Mindful Community. ALL ARE WELCOME HERE.

Do you want to have a healthier relationship with food? How often do you sit down to eat with no screens and when you’re not on the move?

The truth is there is nothing to fix, but much to explore with curiosity and kindness. Slowing down and paying attention to our meals can help us know what our body needs and when.

Practice group on Mindful Eating, Tuesday. Mar 24 at 6:00pm Pacific

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.

This is a weekly, free, practice group. Always free, donations gratefully accepted.
