Join Zane at Live With Ease Meditation for an insightful session focused on coping with anxiety.
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing.
You may not be able to change your situation, but mindfulness practice offers the space to change your response to your situation. We learn to respond with mindfulness instead of reacting with unawareness
It allows you to bring kind awareness and acknowledgment to any stressed or anxious feelings in your body and mind and simply allow them to be.
Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.
