Forgiveness event-Online class

August 17, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm UTC+0

Forgiveness

I am offering a free online event where I will talk about forgiveness and take you through a process called ho’oponopono.

This is an exercise taught to my mentor by his Huna teacher many years ago. It is not the traditional version yet it contains the same principles and includes the intention of the four phrases that invoke forgiveness.

The Hawaiian word ho’oponopono roughly translates to ‘make things right’ or to ‘make things move back to balance’. It focuses on the importance of love and forgiveness.
The process that I will take you through allows you to rid yourself of burdens or ‘pohaku’ in order to heal.

I will start with an introduction about forgiveness and then we will go through the process which is a guided imagery exercise that allows you to forgive and ask for forgiveness for all of those that have been in your life.

True forgiveness is not about saying that what the other person (people) did or said is ok. It is about forgiving that part of them that lives within us. Letting that go in order for us to be whole and complete.

This will be a 35 minute zoom class. If you are interested please message me your email address and I will send you the login information.

It will be Thursday, August 17th at 6pm (PST).

I would love to see you there.
