Everyday Mindful Class

An event every month that begins at 2:00 pm on day Third of the month, repeating until November 17, 2023
This is a live online drop-in class that you can attend anytime it’s offered.
On the 3rd Thursday of each month, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Christine Dowding Schmitz, will cover different topics as you explore mindfulness in community with others on the same journey. This class will deepen your understanding of mindfulness through talks, stories, humor and guided meditations. This is a safe space for sharing observations and asking questions to help support you in your own practice. You’ll enjoy the proven benefits of meditation and learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
Registration for each class closes 24 hours before the start of that class.
