DROP-IN | Online Meditation – Wednesdays (30-Minutes)

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 6, 2024
Join our regular Wednesday meditation class, taking time out amidst our busy lives to recharge our batteries.
The class will consist of a guided meditation practice and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded mindfulness individuals from the comfort of your own home.
For those that are new to mindfulness, we recommend attending an eight-week course, such as the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), or one of our introductory sessions before joining this meditation.

This class is run on a donation basis. If you are not earning or your financial circumstances mean you are unable to offer a donation currently, then you are still more than welcome to join.
