A Six-week Live Online Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Course
Whether you know nothing about mindfulness and want to learn more or have tried meditation but want to be more consistent with your practice or have been meditating for a long time and want to deepen your practice, this secular course will help support you. Join Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and founder of The Mindful Journey, Christine Dowding Schmitz to explore how to bring mindfulness from the meditation cushion into everyday life.
