Thinking: A Mind at Home with Itself, Free group, Tuesday, August 4, 6pm PT
August 4, 2026 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm UTC-7

Join Zane of Live With Ease Meditation for an insightful session on Thinking: A Mind at Home with Itself.
This from Byron Katie:
When asked the question “How should people control their minds?”—We’re usually aware of the feeling first. That’s why I say it’s an alarm clock that lets you know you’re stuck in a thought you may want to investigate. If it’s causing you any kind of discomfort, you might want to inquire”.
Here’s the bottom line: suffering is optional. If you prefer to suffer, go on believing your stressful thoughts. But if you’d rather be happy, question them.
This is the end of suffering, and the beginning of a little joy in paradise.
This is an ongoing practice group consisting of a brief talk, meditations, and questions and sharing. All are welcome here! Tuesdays, at 6pm pacific Time
