Interpersonal Mindfulness: Eight-week course
October 1, 2026 @ 6:45 pm - November 19, 2026 @ 9:15 pm BST
£300

This eight-week Interpersonal Mindfulness programme was developed to support people in integrating their mindfulness practice into their relationships with others.
OVERVIEW
Relating to others is a fundamental aspect of our everyday lives, with family, friends, in the workplace and in our wider community. For some of us, it is at the core of our professional practice. Our relationships can be a source of well-being where we feel connected to others and also a source of stress when miscommunication and disconnection inevitably happens.
The Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP) has been developed by the Centre for Mindfulness and the Metta Foundation in the US. It has been designed to teach those with prior mindfulness/ meditation training to integrate the benefits of their personal meditation practice into the context of their relational lives: deepening presence, empathy and compassion.
