This half-day retreat offers a gentle space to slow down and reconnect.
Through a blend of mindfulness and compassion based practices, we’ll explore a softening towards ourselves and a gentle opening of the heart to others. These practices support self-compassion, ease of being, and invite a more present, caring way of living.
The retreat is a carefully curated journey through guided mindfulness meditations – exploring breath, body and being – alongside kindness practices that gently offer care and nurturing. Poems and pauses are woven throughout, allowing time for quiet reflection and integration.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice. The retreat will be held largely in silence, creating a supportive container for turning inward and listening more deeply.
