Day of Practice for Trained Teachers – Theme: Hope
April 12, 2026 @ 8:00 am - 2:00 pm BST
£70

Together, we’ll explore how wisely facing difficulties and challenges can support us to meet uncertainty with hope and, how a wise sense of hope can inform our teaching and nourish our own practice. By letting go of habitual tendencies to fixate on particular outcomes, we can find an open-hearted quality that enables us to respond, rather than react, to life’s ups and downs.
Designed specifically for fully-trained mindfulness teachers, this session supports continued professional development and meets the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA)’s Good Practice Guidelines by contributing toward annual retreat requirements.
If you’re a fully trained mindfulness teacher seeking to deepen your practice and meet your annual retreat requirements, we warmly invite you to join us for this Day of Practice.
Please note: This event is included, at no extra cost, as part of the Oxford Mindfulness Members’ Programme benefits for trained teachers.
If you’re a trained teacher, but aren’t currently a member, you’re still welcome to join by selecting the appropriate fee option at registration.
