For our upcoming mindfulness meditation group, we’ll be exploring a reflective discussion topic:
What was your path to meditation and mindfulness?
Each of us arrives at this practice in a unique way. Some of us may have been drawn to meditation through stress, curiosity, healing, or spiritual searching. Others may have encountered it through teachers, books, life transitions, or simple moments of pause that invited something deeper.
During our discussion, you’re invited to share:
What first sparked your interest in meditation or mindfulness
Any challenges or turning points along the way
What has helped you stay connected to the practice
How your relationship with mindfulness has evolved over time
There is no right or wrong story to tell, and sharing is always optional. You’re equally welcome to listen quietly and reflect.
We look forward to holding this space together with openness, curiosity, and kindness.

Practice group on Discussion Invitation: Your Path to Meditation & Mindfulness, Tuesday, January 6 at 6:00pm Pacific

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, discussion, and a QandA. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice.

This is a weekly, free, practice group. Always free, donations gratefully accepted.
