Stephanie was a guest expert on a Deepak Chopra show where she taught her unique style of laughing meditation – and her article “Posture for Meditation” has been used by meditation teachers and meditation centers all over the country since 2012, and she is currently finishing her book on that topic.

Stephanie also has 2 YouTube channels – one that features her interviews with Shinzen Young & other master teachers (14,000 followers), and another that features her teachings – both have been offering hundreds of videos since 2009.

I started teaching mindfulness meditation in 2000. My initial training came from working closely with Shinzen Young, as his assistant and also I would write the support material for the facilitator training sessions he offered from 1999-2006. I also personally coached teachers-in-training during that time.

In 2002, I started working with other master teachers (and approaches, including MBSR) - such as: Joshu Sasaki Roshi, Ruth Denison, Leigh Brasington, Joseph Goldstein, and Sharon Salzberg, to name a few.

I also have extensive training in physical modalities which I incorporate into my teaching. These include Body-Mind Centering, the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, the Linklater Voice Technique, Continuum Movement, and other special offering given by master teachers in movement and healing.
